Darrin Sanders is the principal and president of Facility Resource Partners. Leveraging 26 years of construction and real estate experience, he leads the overall operation of Facility Resource Partners. Darrin has a deep range of first-hand experience that includes field engineering, on-site construction management, project management, program management, and owner representation. In addition, he has extensive experience with pre-construction, leading design efforts, transactional assistance, acceptance/turn-over, and move-in & contract close-out. Prior to founding Facility Resource Partners, Darrin spent 8.5 years working with Amazon.com, most recently as Leader of Construction Services for ATS (Amazon Transportation Services. Additional past work experience includes roles at K-Mart Corporation as a Construction Manager and at design-build firms The Facility Group, CHA Tech Services, and Schultz Design. Over his career, Darrin has managed over 10 million square feet of industrial properties.
Well respected by his peers and throughout his community, Darrin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Erskine College. He continues his relationship with Erskine today as a former recipient of the Outstanding Young Alumni and is a former 2-term Alumni Board member. He is an active member of Nicholtown Presbyterian Church and a volunteer with Friends of Santa Claus organization that supports families impacted by pediatric cancer.
Kenny Doll is a highly respected Senior Project Manager at Facility Resource Partners, bringing over a decade of expertise in construction management to the role. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and a keen eye for innovation, he is instrumental in driving the company’s vision and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.
In his current position, Kenny leverages his extensive experience to oversee and guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed with precision, on time, and within budget. His leadership is characterized by a strategic approach, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Kenny is known for his proactive problem-solving abilities and his skill in utilizing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. His hands-on approach and expertise in construction management make him a valuable asset to Facility Resource Partners, where he continues to set high standards for quality and client satisfaction.
In addition to his professional achievements, Kenny is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives related to education, affordable housing, and sustainable development. His leadership and passion for the industry reflect his commitment to making a positive impact both within and beyond the construction sector.
Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science & Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Clemson University and is a licensed General Contractor and Construction Manager (Unlimited). He is also certified in OSHA 30 Hour and is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). His technical proficiency spans a wide range of tools and platforms, including Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite, among others.

Tracy has worked in Marketing and Business Development for the past 25 years. Her more recent roles included experience in Channel Management and Human Resources. Tracy excels in strategic marketing and planning and building and growing engaged teams.
As Director of Business Development for Facility Resource Partners, Tracy utilizes her vast background in researching and growing new markets to help FRP offer its unique services to those who would benefit most. With her passion for building valued partnerships, she is skilled at turning a vision into reality, offering a unique value proposition and clear marketing strategy.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism - Marketing from UW Eau Claire, and an MBA from Concordia University. She is active in her Appleton Wisconsin community and feels a tremendous pull to give back to those less fortunate. Currently, Tracy serves on the Executive Committee on the Volunteer Fox Cities Board of Directors and is an active member of the marketing committee for Loaves & Fishes of the Fox Valley.
